How Size: Happy Is Different From The BP Movement.

I think we can all agree that doing whatever we want to do with our own body, in order to look and feel our very best, shouldn’t be influenced by outside permission or pressure.

(Although I wouldn’t recommend risking your life and getting plastic surgery)

I’m not a hypocrite, though – your body, your choice. As long as you are fully informed of all the risks.

As Size: Happy continues to grow, I want to share with anyone who’s new here what we’re all about, who we’re for, what we stand for and even what we’re against.

Size: Happy is all about:

• Body Autonomy in regard to your own body, weight, health choices and beauty standard, #bodyconfidence

• Taking tiny steps each day to become best friends with our body, #selflove

• And taking care of our mental health and openly talking about our challenges. #selfcompassion

This looks like:

👂🏼 Listening to YOUR body,

🙏🏼 Trusting her,

🥬 Nourishing her,

🧠 Pouring into her,

🏋🏻‍♂️ Moving her,

🧘🏻‍♀️ Stretching her,

💋 Appreciating her,

💗 And loving her unconditionally.

Essentially, whatever YOU feel is going to be best for YOU to do in order to be happy with and feel good about your jean, bra and body size –

you are supported in that decision by me and the entire Size: Happy community.

Body-Freedom, Body-Confidence, Body-Autonomy… all of it.

You don’t need to look a certain way or be a particular size to be apart of Size: Happy. We firmly stand against that unspoken rule.

All shapes and sizes really are welcome here!

I really do aim to represent ALL women, ALL body types, ALL sizes.

That’s Size: Happy in a nutshell.

And remember,

Beauty standards are flawed – not you.
