What You Believe Is What You Become

Belief in yourself and believing you deserve something in your life is key to attracting, receiving and keeping all your desires.

What you believe is what you become.

HOW THIS CAN SHOW UP:

If subconsciously you believe you’re too old, overweight, unhealthy, poor, introverted, etc. to start making a change, then energetically you’re not going to put in your all towards achieving it.

For instance, for the last couple of years I had this belief that said: “I’m 40 and my hormones are changing, just accept how your body’s looking.” And I did.

I wasn’t exercising as hard as I knew I could,
I wasn’t eating as good as I could’ve been,
I kinda just settled and took the term “body acceptance” too literal. Which I plan to create a video about on my YouTube channel.

Then a couple months ago I got tired of my stomach extending out farther than my boobs and I decided to do something about it. **** I shared this in a previous post.

What I did was shift my energy, get clear on my goals, create better habits, and get intentional.

Now I’m literally in the best health and shape I’ve been in probably 5-6 years and I feel so strong and good about my body.

If you believe in yourself, believe you can do it and believe you deserve it in your life – it’s already yours.

It’s time you show up for yourself.
